about us
Swastha was born out of a deeply personal experience when a loved one faced major health challenges in 2020 and required full-time physical and emotional support. Balancing their care with our demanding careers proved to be a struggle, making us realize the need for a solution that could bridge this gap. Driven by this shared experience, we—three friends—came together to create Swastha, a platform dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for the elderly.

Shweta Modi
CEO
Shweta holds a BE degree and an MS in Quality Management from BITS Pilani. She brings over 23 years of corporate experience in process improvement and customer experience, and held senior roles at organizations like Amazon,Goibibo – Make my trip and United Health Group. Renowned for her passion for customer advocacy and keen ability to understand customer needs, she co-founded Swastha to bridge the gap between caregiving demands and innovative solutions. Leveraging her expertise, Shweta has been instrumental in designing Swastha’s holistic care framework, the operating model and building highly skilled and efficient team.

Prateek Nath
CFO & COO
Prateek is an MBA in Finance and Marketing and brings over 22 years of expertise in finance and marketing, including 14 years with HDFC Bank in retail banking and experience with fintech startups. He has successfully led large teams, driving revenue and growth through his strong business acumen and mastery of numbers. Passionate about Swastha’s mission, Prateek is dedicated to selecting the right partners and crafting a strategic roadmap to ensure its success.

Mohit Mathur
CTO
Mohit Mathur is an accomplished professional with a strong academic foundation as an IIT Kharagpur graduate and an MS from Florida State University. With 17 years of experience at HCL and Mindtree, Mohit has honed his expertise in IT and digital strategies, driving impactful digital transformations. Transitioning to the dynamic world of startups, he has successfully led ventures and currently supports Swastha in shaping its product and technological roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with customer experience.
