I approached the team of Swastha at the time of a Dior need of a care giver requirement. They were immediate to respond and in the first 10 minutes of speaking to Shweta I was assured of the commitment of the team that I was talking to. They understood my requirements and shared two profiles with me who were well trained. They offered me a video call with both which helped me choose the person that my family would be most comfortable with. Within 3 days their caregiver arrived and was a blessing in disguise. He has been very warm, a quick learner and gelled in the family as his own. He has been diligent at his work and goes an extra mile to take care of my father. He is quick to respond to situations and has a positive attitude. He is well trained on how to take care of medications and regular hospital visits which really helped a lot. I recently used the service of Swastha for my Mother in Law when she was on a short trip to Jaipur. I must thank Shweta for the superb work she is doing. The caregiver was very polite, caring and expert in her job. She knew exactly how to handle mummy (a Parkinson’s patient), maintain hygiene, and communicate well with my parents. Highly recommend for anyone looking for skilled caregivers at home!
